Job Purpose
To support the Product Head – Commercial Vehicle Loans (CVL) in driving business growth by monitoring sales performance, dealer onboarding, CRO productivity, and marketing initiatives, while providing backend support and effective coordination between branches and Head Office departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide backend guidance and operational support to branches on Commercial Vehicle Loan (CVL) products, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with Head Office departments, including Credit, Operations, Risk, Legal, IT, Accounts, and Compliance, to ensure smooth business execution and timely resolution of operational and business issues.
- Monitor sales performance across branches and track achievement against assigned targets and business plans.
- Evaluate Customer Relationship Officers (CROs) – CVL in terms of productivity, conversion ratios, portfolio quality, and overall performance.
- Coordinate dealer onboarding, empanelment, documentation, and activation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Plan, organize, and monitor training programs for CROs, branch staff, dealers, and channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing and promotional campaigns for CVL products.
- Assist in the rollout, implementation, and monitoring of new products, schemes, pricing structures, and incentive programs.
- Prepare, analyze, and present MIS, dashboards, and management reports related to sales performance, CRO productivity, dealer performance, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage branch-level escalations and contribute to continuous improvement in operational processes and turnaround times (TATs).
Eligibility & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree)
- Experience: 3 to 6 years in Commercial Vehicle Finance, or Retail Lending.
