Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in target setting exercise and plan disbursement, portfolio growth, collection and maintain PAR ratios of designated area/branches.
  • Monitor overall monthly and annual target disbursement, collection, portfolio growth &
  • Conduct promotional activities of all financial products and services of the Bank.
  • Ensure and maintain a culture of zero tolerance on portfolio at risk and noncompliance of Bank
  • Ensure that all credit policies should be implemented and followed in true
  • Visit customers along with the staff to provide guidance and support to field staff, identify field issues and to review the portfolio quality, in order to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Elicit highest level of performance and productivity from employees through effective delegation, coaching and
  • Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for
  • Ensure adherence to instructions, policies, procedures and practices pertaining to the
  • Participate in decisions for expansion/growth.

Skill Set For this Position

  • Well versed with the trends of the micro finance industry
  • Good communication skills
  • Proven work experience as a Branch Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales & collections role
  • Ability to lead and motivate sales team
  • Good organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude

Job Specifications

  • Graduate preferably Commerce or Business
  • Preferably 5 to 7 years’ experience of managing a Branch in Microfinance
