Job Description:

  • Collaborate with respective department heads & hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the
  • Keep track on the recruitment as per the approved manpower planning & update the records
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as career fairs and campus recruitment

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 02 to 03 years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or related
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent assessment
