Career progression is the act of moving forward in your career. You may hear people talking about “climbing the ladder” at work, we at LOLC Microfinance bank believes in giving opportunities to our internal employees instead of recruiting from outside the industry. Some of our internally elevated staff to the higher level positions are as under;

Mr. Irshad Ahmed

Started working as Customer Relationship officer, also perform the additional responsibilities of Credit & General Banking officer for few years. He was promoted to Branch Manager for his outstanding performance. After few years he was again promoted to Area Manager position. He was performing remarkably well throughout the year, due to his continuous outstanding performance he was elevated as Regional Business Head Hyderabad Region.

Mr. Muhammad Yasin

Started working as Customer Relationship officer, then was promoted to Branch Manager. After few years he was again promoted to Area Manager position. He was performing remarkably well throughout the year. Due to his outstanding performance he was elevated as Acting Regional Business Head. As an Acting Regional Business head his performance was again outstanding. After 1 year the management decided to make him as Regional Business Head North Region – II.
