Job Description:
- Take the leadership role at the Branch and mentor the Branch staff toward the achievement of the Banks’ Mission, Vision, and the Banks’ Strategic Objectives.
- Formulate viable business development strategies to ensure long-term success and achievement of goals.
- Ensure the Branch attains the set targets of Assets & Liabilities while maintaining healthy ratios of recovery and NPL.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer retention to develop a healthy branch portfolio.
- Ensure adherence to KYC and Anti Money Laundering guidelines while initiating and reviewing customer relationships.
- Monitor daily recoveries of cash in hand as well as its proper reporting to the respective department.
- Ensure that safe keys should be properly handled as per the defined guidelines and any change in keys’ custody should be documented as per the procedure.
- Monitor petty cash expenses within the assigned limits as defined by the Management.
- Ensure that prescribed procedures are being followed by the Branch to avert any inconvenient situation which may arise during the annual inspection by the Regulator/Internal/ External Auditor.
- Ensure that the branch’s overall appearance is maintained, assets are kept in good condition, have sufficient stock of stationery and proper security measures are maintained.
- Actively handle customer complaints and ensure every query of the customer is addressed appropriately.
- Ensure that the required and accurate various business reports should be submitted to the Area Manager/ Regional Business Head in a timely manner.

Job Specifications:
- Graduate Preferably Commerce or Business
- Preferably 4-6 Years’ experience of managing Assets and Liabilities portfolio in the Microfinance Sector.
