Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all administrative and operations tasks of the branch through liaison with Head Office.
  • Lead the branch operations team to set individual objectives, review performance appraisals and provide on-going feedback on a formal and informal basis.
  • Provide guidance and direction in implementation, execution of existing and new
  • Minimize the operational risk by strengthening internal
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

Job Specification

  • Graduate or Masters
  • At least 4 to 5 years of experience in the banking industry preferably in the field of branch operations.
