Mr. Montini Warnakula

Mr. Montini Warnakula is presently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for LOLC Finance PLC., Mr. Warnakula joined LOLC Group in 1999 as a Marketing Executive and progressed within the group for more than two and a half decades. During his career, Mr. Warnakula held key positions at LOLC such as Marketing Development Manager, Regional Manager and a Business Unit Head. Apart from his key duties he was the former President of LOLC Sport and Recreational Club. Prior to joining LOLC Group, Mr. Warnakula worked at Seylan Bank PLC from 1993 to 1998 which is a leading bank in Sri Lanka. Mr. Warnakula holds a Masters degree in business administration from Cardiff, Metropolitan University, United Kingdom and currently studying for CMA – Australia. Mr. Warnakula instrumented few key initiatives at LOLC, such as vehicle related promotions, green-energy and tree planting activities, etc., which resulted in both financial and non-financial benefits. Mr. Warnakula joined the board of LOLC Microfinance Bank, Pakistan in 2024 as a non-executive director.
