Key Responsibilities:
- Support branch operations, records, and daily transactions
- Assist in loan processing, account opening, and term deposits
- Maintain operational registers and reports
- Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, AML/CFT policies, and internal controls
- Monitor CRR books, petty cash, fixed assets, and branch expenses
- Support audits, MIS reporting, and customer facilitation
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure high branch service quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA/Finance/Banking or related field)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking operations (microfinance preferred)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong team player
