Ms. Sarajika Sunjeevani Kotakadeniya

Ms. Sunjeevani is working with LOLC Holdings PLC since 2005 as chief financial officer and provides financial management guidance to all companies within the group. Along with this, she leads the group’s technical team to ensure up-to-date compliance with all accounting standards. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of financial services and has been a catalyst in restructuring and change management, mergers and acquisitions, and project management. In past, she has held many key positions in reputable companies to provide guidance on insurance, Factoring, Fund Management, Unit Trusts, and Stockbroking. She is a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), and Chartered Global Management Accountants (USA). She also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colombo.
